#106519 i am a BIG Vandroogenbroeck fan! this record seems to have been his entrance ticket into the library world and i always wondered know the collaboration with him and Romano Di Bari (Flipper Music founder) came about. it took almost 10 years till he appeared on numerous Coloursound libraries. once you get into his records, there is no way out...

L'Immagine Del Suono on Flirt is one of his masterpieces and deserves a proper reissue. i believe this is on spotify, just in case anyone has problems getting vinyl a copy. (took me a while to get one myself.)

#106618 agreed @Mateo! these are great, but i think the Coloursound has much more to offer. love the Lost Continents, Birth Of Earth Space Face, Water World and California just to name a few. still need to pick up others like Video Games, Digital Project and Computer Blossoms...

#106620 Not surprisingly you know a few more of them than I do. Maybe my friend, The Internet, will lend me some copies...

#106621 big recommendation this is!

my hands were shaking when i got hold of this psychedelic space jazz beauty, especially because i got it with the great picture cover. came across this a few times but always in generic sleeve for some strange reason. that eye is almost hypnotizing me plus it has some boobs in the pupil so you can't go wrong with that!

anyway, the music is fantastic! if i remember right this was repressed by Sonor but i can't judge on the quality. definitely worth checking out...

#106623 They repressed 10 Situazioni not this one. Although reviews of the repress were not glowing. I have an original of that one but never found one of these. Very nice, congrats!

#106644 Damn that Brugnolini box went for over $1600. Meanwhile Marco has a copy on line for €750, I don't understand the high bids. The mid 60s year would be a little early for my usual taste, although I've never heard these recordings before.

I noticed the same thing in the huge wave of Italian stuff auctions (and I just got my box today!). Quite a few things selling for significantly more than you could buy copies for elsewhere online.

#106648 craaaazy loot for that box! i dropped a fraction of the price for mine and boy did i moan...

don't think it is from the mid 60s by the way. when i have listed this on discogs a few years ago, i estimated the year of release because there is no indication on cover, booklet or labels. actually this is a very stupid thing i did...nowadays i would assume this is from 1968 or 1969.

Listening to this on YT now...quite lovely! Will put this one on my fairly short(but ever growing) library list thanks @Mildred - I only know of JVDB from the BIOMECHANOID reissue which I picked up, that's a classic!

#106742 flicked through the Library Music book yesterday night. some of the records have funny (and wrong!) describtions. the describtion for this record is Jazz & Psychedelia if i remember right and it suits quite well. a dark horse in Tommasi's discography but i like it very much! also worth to be reissued...

#106783 funkiest Sorgini that i know! every track is a winner. no wonder every one of the 10 discogs users that have rated it, gave it five stars. i prefer this over Under Pompelmo easily. one would not expect so much heat from a library record from 1980. another one that should be reissued...

#106881 was looking for this for a long time but the asking prices on discogs and alike put me really off (100-500€). was able to grab it for $40 at ebay recently. this is the maximum price one should ever pay it for this strange experimental album. always wanted it for the hypnotizing Acque Senza Vita tune by Mario Nascimbene for some underwater reasons. the rest sounds almost as extraordinary as this.
